What are the fragrance families?

Our fragrances are inspired by six distinct olfactory worlds, designed to guide your choice and transform every space into a unique, personal experience. Fresh and sparkling citrus notes, elegant floral bouquets, vibrant fruity accords, sweet and enveloping scents, soft talc notes, and woody-spicy compositions with a bold character: each family reflects a different way of experiencing fragrance with style and personality.

Fresh Citrus – Lively and sparkling
scents that release the energy of citrus (Cold Water ).

Floral – Elegant and delicate bouquets, where notes of rose, lily of the valley, jasmine, and ylang-ylang create a refined atmosphere (Magnolia Blossom & Wood, Amber & Rose).

Fruity – Sunny and colorful fragrances inspired by fresh fruit, with sweet and juicy accents that give a playful, carefree feeling (Grape Cassis).

Sweet – Warm and enveloping accords that pamper the senses. Vanilla, honey, and tonka bean create soft, indulgent scents (Vanilla and Wood, Honey & Sea Salt).

Do Millefiori Milano products contain chemicals?

Are Millefiori Milano products tested on animals

No, Millefiori Milano does not conduct animal testing. All our products are developed in compliance with European standards that prohibit
animal testing for cosmetic and home fragrance products. Our philosophy is based on a responsible and conscientious approach, both towards people and the environment

Are Millefiori Milano products toxic?

No, our products are not considered toxic when used correctly, according to the instructions on the label. Millefiori Milano fragrances are formulated in compliance with European regulations (CLP/REACH) and undergo rigorous quality and safety controls. As with all car and home fragrance products, it is important not to ingest them, avoid direct contact with eyes

When is a UFI code required?

The UFI code (Unique Formula Identifier) is a unique alphanumeric code introduced by the European Union CLP Regulation.

It is used to precisely identify the chemical composition of a hazardous mixture and to facilitate the intervention of poison control centers in case of an emergency.

The UFI code is mandatory on the label of all products that:

Contain mixtures classified as hazardous (e.g., flammable, irritating to the skin or eyes, etc.)

Are intended for the end consumer, such as home fragrances, sprays, refills, or liquid diffusers

Are placed on the market in an EU Member State

Therefore, you will find the UFI code on the label of Millefiori Milanproducts subject to notification requirements.

The UFI code appears in the following format:

It is usually indicated on the product label near the hazard symbols or in the safety information section.

What warnings do you include for domestic use?

How to become a retailer?

During 2026, we will be opening opportunities for retail sales in the Australian and New Zealand markets. ORDERS

Can I request an invoice for my order?

Yes, simply contact as at hello@millefiorimilano.com.au on the day you place your order.

Can I cancel or modify my order once it has been placed?

Once an order has been completed on the Millefiori Milano Australia and New Zealand website, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as our fulfillment systems are automated to ensure fast shipping.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

What is the delivery time?

We ship from the East Coast of Australia, using couriers or Australia Post. Typically, delivery will take between 4-10 days depending on your location. If your order is received during Monday-Friday we will dispatch your order to the couriers or Australia Post within 48 hours from receipt of your order.

How will I be notified once my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email when your order is shipped.
This email will include the tracking details of your parcel so you can monitor the shipment directly on the courier’s website.

Important: To help the courier during delivery, please include your unit number if you live in an apartment or townhouse and anything else that may prevent delivery issues. Please make sure you enter and check your address details and they are accurate as this is one of the most common issues with deliveries. Any redirection costs will apply for mis-addressed orders.

What happens in the event of failure to collect the goods or accept delivery?

In the event of failure to collect the goods or failed delivery due to circumstances not attributable to Millefiori Milano or the courier, the shipping and return costs of the purchased products are charged to the Customer.

What countries do you deliver to?

Millefiori Milano Australia and New Zealand site ships to both Australia and New Zealand.

What is your returns policy?

Millefiori Milano ANZ generally does not accept returns unless items are faulty or delivered in error. Faulty item claims require an emailed explanation with order details. Returns for damaged items must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery, requiring an official authorisation number, and the buyer pays for return freight.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
