Clip the diffuser onto your air vent, adjust the intensity dial to taste, and let the airflow carry the fragrance. When the scent fades after up to 60 days, simply drop in a new refill the case is made to be kept.

We ship from the East Coast of Australia, using couriers or Australia Post. Typically, delivery will take between 4-10 days depending on your location

If your order is received during Monday-Friday we will dispatch your order to the couriers or Australia Post within 48 hours from receipt of your order.

Millefiori Milano ANZ generally does not accept returns unless items are faulty or delivered in error.

Damaged item returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery and require an official authorisation number. The buyer is responsible for return freight.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refills are sold separately. Visit our Refills page for available options. Keep the product out of direct sunlight and clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid contact with painted or plastic surfaces.
